Sunday mornings provide a time of spiritual growth for our group. On Sunday mornings before congregational worship, we gather downstairs in the youth wing for a time of relevant, age-specific Bible classes.
On Sunday nights throughout the year, we meet from 5:30-7:30pm. These nights usually range from worship nights, to service opportunities, and even simple fun games of kickball. With each ONE night, we aim to alternate between focusing on our relationship with God, each other, and the surrounding community. We’d love for you to join us for a ONE night!
During the school year, Wednesday afternoons start at 4:00. We open up the youth wing for a relaxed time of hanging out, eating snacks, playing games, doing homework, and plenty of other things! It’s a great time of bonding, communal growth, and an awesome time to try out our group for the first time. At 6:30, we will start our Bible study, which provides an avenue for spiritual growth amongst our students. We’d love for you to come to check out our hangouts!
Summers in the Twickenham Youth Ministry are a big deal! Each summer, we strive to provide numerous opportunities for our students to grow closer to each other and the Lord. Beach retreats, trips to the Hacienda of Hope in Ecuador, counseling at kids camp, and work camps in Huntsville pack our summers with plenty of opportunities for growth for our teens. On top of that, we make sure to spend plenty of time fellowshipping through games, ice cream runs, and a whole bunch of other things that we all enjoy. We love our youth summers!
