We believe that what we do within each ministry should flow purposefully out of what we value and love. Whether you have a family of 5 or are single and love to ride your mountain bike, you'll find a place to help you experience God.
Children
We love kids and want to be a blessing to them. To that end, we want children to know that God is Real! God is Relevant! God is Revolutionary! We try to supplement your family as you try to lay down a spiritual foundation that, in God's timing, will lead a child into a relationship with him through Jesus Christ.
Youth
Our youth ministry is for anyone. While it is intimidating to walk into a group of teenagers when you are new, our teens are all coming together, from a variety of places, to be one group that loves Jesus. We may be weird, but it’s because we are all so different and we have come to accept each other for who we are. Don’t let your first visit be your last. Jump in and get to know us and we’ll do our best to help you get to know Jesus.
Men
We don’t do brunch or frilly teas or bridal showers. Once a month, though, we do meet for lunch – usually at a meat-and-three. On Wednesday afternoons, we play basketball. Once a year, we go on a fishing trip to Arkansas. And if a tornado, hurricane, earthquake or flood hits anywhere east of the Mississippi, we go fix it. Seriously.
Women
The Women's Ministry at Twickenham is titled "L.I.F.T." -- Living In Faith Together. Our hope is to create a space to deepen relationships and be engaged in each other's lives, while encouraging each other in our walk with the Lord. Our ages range from 20's to 90's and we LOVE it that way. Multi-generational involvement is what makes us thrive.
Connection Groups
Connection Groups provide an atmosphere where people of similar interests can grow together in their relationship with God and with each other. Within these groups one can find encouragement, accountability, spiritual growth, fun, friends and fulfillment. I strongly encourage each member to find a group that you can be a part of and experience “Life in Community” to its fullest.
Small Groups
The purpose of small groups at Twickenham is to build and strengthen relationships. We are called to “love one another” and one of the ways that exemplifies itself at Twickenham is through our small groups as we live in authentic community as Christ’s body.
